Beginning with A Grand Day Out, Nick Park introduced an absent-minded inventor and his remarkably patient dog through a style of comedy built as much on timing and physical humor. 

Presented together, this trio of short films trace the rapid evolution of Aardman Animations throughout the 1990s. They also capture the growing confidence of a studio whose approach would come to define British animation for a generation.
